Order Processing and Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time:

U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS & FedEx, with an average transit time of 15 - 20 business days.
- International Orders: Shipping times vary between 15 - 30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.
Shipping Delays: Please note that factors beyond our control, such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions, may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, unexpected delays can occur.
Tracking Information:
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive tracking details once your product ships. For assistance with tracking, visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, email us at ixora@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."
Incorrect Address:
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately via email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of order placement. After shipment, address changes are not possible.
Delivery Attempts:
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning a package.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
